This Privacy Policy applies to your interaction with Zoom Mortgage Pros, Inc. or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries, including Reverse Mortgage Solutions of California, Reverse Mortgage Solutions, ZMPI and Zoom Realty Pros, (collectively, ZMPI or “we” or “us”).

websites, subdomains, and derivative sites and related mobile applications for the solicitation, origination, servicing, and sale of mortgage loans and/or real estate related transactions including the listing of for sell and to solicit those looking to make a real estate purchase in California (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use.

Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

We may also use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send. Opting out of email communications from one division or subsidiaries will not opt you out of receiving communications from other division or subsidiaries under the same corporate umbrella. You must separately opt out of receiving communications from each on its own by following the unsubscribe link in emails from each entity.

Additionally through the use of the websites,  we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

 

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

 

Media – If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When you access the Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Location Data

We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Security of Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).  We will not store or collect your payment card or banking details, unless you elect to pay using a recurring payment feature of the service. Information may be provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their respective Privacy Policy.

Our Service may contain links to other websites or mobile applications that are not operated by us.
